COUNTRY MA'AM are Japanese styled chocolate chip cookies with a crispy outer layer and a soft centre, so these cookies here are Japanese styled chocolate chip cookies with white chocolate and cream cheese flavour.

Some people like to bake them slightly before eating so that the outer layer gets even more crispy and the whole cookie becomes a fresh baked taste. Others simply heat them up in the microwave.
