Japanese Red Shiso Leaf rice topping (Furikake) and seasoning
Red Shiso (Beefsteak plant) is usually used for making Umeboshi, but it's also used as furikake for rice.
White rice with shiso gets a typical Japanese flavour which tastes a bit sour and is esp. because of that liked by a lot of people. It also tastes great with pasta or used for salad dressings.
