Kumamoto Honey Rosa (Apricot)

The Honey Rosa is a rare variety of Japanese apricot that can only be harvested for a mere 10 days from the beginning to the middle of June each year. The small size of the fruit has a high concentration of sugar and a wonderful balance of low acidity.
