Nagaoka Ginger Shoyu Ramen is the local ramen of Nagaoka City, located in the centre of Niigata Prefecture and one of Niigata's five best ramen which makes it well known all over Japan.

The most distinctive feature of the soup is the ginger. The flavour of ginger spreads gradually as you sip the soup, easing the cold of Niigata in winter.
