Deep fried tempura batters "Tenkasu", also known as "Agedama", with the fine flavour of "Ebi" (shrimp) are used in lots of Japanese dishes. Besides being an ingredient for Takoyaki or Okonomiyaki, it's also simply used as a topping for Udon and Soba.
