Kanjuku Tomato Cheese Risotto

The use of multiple cheeses gives this risotto a full-bodied flavour and the acidity of the tomatoes brings out the flavour of the Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheeses.

Due to the special freeze-dry process, this product taste as good as fresh cooked and furthermore it also looks like fresh cooked because the ingredients will return to their original colour and shape when prepared.
