Yuki no Yado - Kokutou Milk

Yuki no Yado are frosted senbei. The base is a fine salty tasting senbei which is covered with a sweet tasting frosting with milk cream. In the winter edition "Kokutou Milk", the senbei are additionally refined with brown sugar, which gives them a brownish colour and distinctive taste.
Because of the great combination of salty taste and sweetness it's no wonder that Yuki no Yado are very popular in Japan and also overseas.
