Domestic rice oil made using a pressing process that has been used since the Edo period.
Rice bran contains only 20% oil and only half of that can be pressed under pressure without the use of solvents.
This valuable cooking oil contains the rich nutrients of domestically produced rice bran and rice germ pressed by natural methods. Mild and unctuous, it brings out the flavour of the ingredients.
As it does not oxidise easily, it is recommended for all types of cooking, including dressings, mayonnaise, stir-fries and cooked food.
