Itoen - Bou Houjicha

Houjicha is a roasted green tea from Japan. This tea is made by roasting domestic tea stems (stick tea) and has long been popular in the Kaga region, where it is said to have originated.

Due to the roasting, the green tee loses a huge amount of its caffeine and other characteristics so that you get a tee with less sour components and caffeine. Houjicha is drunken hot and cold among all ages.
