Oolong tea is a traditional Chinese tea which is also drunken in Japan.
During winter, Oolong tea is usually served hot, but in summer its a great refresher when served ice cold.
In Japan there is the tradition to serve cold tea in summer. Not like the icetea we know with sugar, no, real tea which is made cold.
Put 1 bag of tea in a can with 1 liter cold water and give it for 5 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
Tip: Prepare it at night and you can enjoy it when you get up for breakfast.
