Nodoguro no Dashi Shio

Mild sea salt wit Nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch). This all-purpose seasoning has a rich aroma and deep flavour.

By using Japanese sea bream, a great dashi salt has been created that goes well with Japanese-style dishes and also adds a Japanese flavour to western dishes.
It can be used for various dishes such as steamed rice, chawanmushi, soup, etc. or simply as final seasoning on tempura or other food.
